Hi Wayne,
I've just learned about your web page, looks really nice and plain (that means clarity). Now, guys from my club sent me to you to get your opinion on the electronic triggers... Back in October I've learned from Norbert during CAT Games that parts of my trigger were worn out, which caused some inconsistency during the "release" (namely 80-120 g of pressure required to release). He repaired it but this got me thinking... I know (I think I know) what the advantages of E-trigger, any downsides of using one? You are probably the best person in the country to talk to and I would like to an opinion from you.

There are many advantages, but the only disadvantage i know of is when the battery gets low!!! I have had no problems with mine, and i can adjust it to a very light weight and it's extremely consistent.

I don't know if you can get an e-trigger for Anschutz, but probably you can. I think it will give you some more points, just from the consistency. Anschutz triggers are not good quality triggers, especially if you shoot a lot of shots. the parts are not machined, they are stamped, thus lower quality and shorter life. Walther triggers are very strong as they are machined parts.
